Ferrian brings platform-side TikTok Shop experience to the agency’s e-commerce account team
Joybyte, a top 10 certified TikTok Shop agency, has named Jon Ferrian as its newest TikTok Shop Account Manager.
Ferrian joins Joybyte from TikTok, where he served as a Category Manager for the platform’s Consumables–Food & Beverage business. That platform-side experience gives him a direct line into how brands win on TikTok Shop, the same channel he’ll now help Joybyte’s clients grow from the agency side.

In the role, Ferrian will oversee and grow client brands on TikTok Shop by developing sales strategies, managing account relationships, and driving performance. He will provide guidance to and collaborate with team members who manage creators and affiliates, working to grow revenue, improve campaign results, and ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives on the platform.
