Ad Results Media Joins Miroma Group

Miroma acquires majority stake in Ad Results Media from Shamrock Capital, strengthening its position as a global leader in entertainment marketing and the creator economy

Global independent marketing and content company Miroma Group today announced it has acquired a majority stake in Ad Results Media (ARM) from Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment firm specialising in media, entertainment, communications and related sectors, which will retain a minority stake in the business.

ARM is a leading creator, audio and performance media agency, working with brands including FanDuel, Molson Coors and ZipRecruiter. The acquisition, which adds offices in New York, Houston and Los Angeles, represents Miroma’s most significant expansion into the U.S. market to date, increasing the group’s annual media investment to more than $750 million.

“Creators have become one of the most powerful forces in modern media, and the convergence of audio, video and social is at the heart of that transformation,” said Marc Boyan, Founder and CEO of Miroma Group. “ARM has built one of the world’s leading creator and audio businesses, helping brands connect with audiences through the creators and voices they trust most. Bringing ARM into Miroma strengthens our position as a global leader in media, entertainment and the creator economy, while creating a platform that helps both brands and creators grow.”

ARM is one of the world’s largest buyers of creator, audio and podcast media, connecting brands with audiences across podcasts, YouTube, streaming platforms, radio and social channels. As creators have evolved into global media businesses with highly engaged communities, ARM has become a market leader in helping brands partner with creator talent through data-driven strategy, planning, buying, measurement and optimisation.

Joining Miroma brings ARM into a group of more than two dozen specialist businesses spanning entertainment, media, creative, technology and performance. Together, the group employs more than 900 people globally and includes agencies such as Mx Location Experts, Fold7, SpotCo, Maker Lab, Dewynters, Sold Out and Miroma Founders Network, partnering with global brands including Adidas, Carlsberg, Amazon Audible, McDonald’s, Live Nation and Google.

“ARM has an established leadership position in creator and audio media, and Miroma is the natural partner for our next phase,” said Jordan Fox, CEO of ARM. “Joining the group opens up new opportunities for our clients and partners, while allowing us to leverage Miroma’s global scale and breadth of service-led capabilities. Marc and his team have built an incredible business that I’ve admired for years, and together we’ll accelerate ARM’s growth.”

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Jordan Fox will remain CEO of ARM. Shamrock Capital will retain a minority stake in the business, reflecting its continued confidence in ARM’s long-term growth under Miroma’s ownership.
