Addition, an AI technology platform built on the same model that powers Chat GPT, has released a new AI application: the Super Bowl Ad generator.
“We fed the top rated spots from the last 10 years into the AI to teach it how to come up with Super Bowl ads. Now it can generate them for any brand by simply typing in a few words” said co-founder Paul Aaron, formerly an executive with Crispin Porter Bogusky.
Addition board advisor Jon Bond had the idea to use the Super Bowl as a means of demonstrating the capabilities of Addition’s platform by creating a public demo customized to this tent pole event.
Bond says the Super Bowl Spot generator is “a public demonstration of what’s possible when you combine the latest AI models with high-quality creative examples and data.”
Rick Barber, the co-founder who runs the tech side commented “Any revolutionary tech platform can always benefit from customization. We’ve found that when you take the technology behind Chat GPT, which is great, and combine it with high quality data it unlocks a wide range of new uses for marketers.”
To use the generator, simply select a Super Bowl spot for the AI to use as a creative reference and enter a short prompt about a brand or product and it’ll generate a script. Below is a script the tool generated simply by selecting the Jeep GroundHog day spot and entering “Tesla” as the brief.

The camera pans to reveal MARTY MCFLY walking down the street, looking around as if lost.

MARTY MCFLY: A ride?
The camera pans to reveal it is a Tesla Model X.
MARTY MCFLY: A Tesla? Wow!
MARTY hops into the car.
INT. TESLA MODEL X – DAY
MARTY MCFLY: Where to?
The driver looks at him and smiles.
DRIVER: Anywhere and everywhere!
The driver steps on the gas and the car takes off.
EXT. TIME TRAVEL – DAY
The car zooms through time and space, stopping at different points in history. We see MARTY and the driver explore a horse-drawn carriage in the past, experience the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the present, and explore a world populated by robots and flying cars in the future.
EXT. TESLA MODEL X – DAY
MARTY and the driver are lost in time, but still having a great time.
MARTY MCFLY: I can’t believe it!
SUPER: TESLA: THE FUTURE IS NOW.
