The World’s Cup of Tea campaign is strategically designed to demonstrate the brand’s global stature and to drive both consideration and purchase, especially in key travel environments. Targeting tea enthusiasts—people who love the world’s second most popular drink and always demand a premium experience—this campaign speaks directly to travellers who seek the finest tea, no matter where they are.

The creative direction for the campaign emphasises simplicity and elegance, in line with the brand’s commitment to impeccable sourcing and careful blending. In an industry often flooded with tranquil, idyllic tea moments, Ahmad Tea differentiates itself by focusing on premium quality and a global outlook. Key elements of the campaign include high-impact outdoor posters and inflight collateral featured on Turkish Airlines, with ads displayed on the back of headrests, reaching a captivated audience of international travellers. These executions clearly communicate the message that Ahmad Tea is the tea of choice for travellers who appreciate quality, no matter where they are in the world.

The campaign will run across multiple sites in Turkey, including prominent positions in Istanbul airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, as well as running on Facebook and Instagram as part of a campaign designed to drive top of mind awareness in duty free.
BIRD London began working with Ahmad Tea in July 2023 after a competitive pitch.
