Having recently marked their 20-year anniversary, Brand Experience & Packaging Design agency Vault49 are pleased to share news of two significant promotions within the business, restructuring the global leadership team.
Leigh Chandler has been promoted to Executive Creative Director. Previously Partner & Creative Director for Vault49’s New York studio, Leigh will now have creative oversight across the agency’s two global studios. Under Leigh’s leadership, Creative Directors Sam Wilkes and Jonny Bateman will continue to drive the day-to-day creative work and grow their teams in New York and London respectively.

At the same time, Spencer Ryan has been made Partner in the business. Joining Vault49 in 2018 to lead the agency’s Operations department, Spencer will continue in her role as Director of Global Operations alongside her new Partner responsibilities.

These promotions follow on from a series of new hires and promotions across the agency throughout 2022. These included Susan Levy joining as Head of Client Management, and Meg Asaro as Head of Strategy, both of whom joined Vault49 in newly created global leadership roles.
