Strategic marketing partner, Brilliant Noise, has announced the appointment of Gareth James as the agencyâs first ever Creative Director, to lead creative strategy internally and across client accounts.
Brilliant Noise aims to strengthen its creative thinking within the whole team so it can offer further creative strategic solutions to clients and prospects. It will be Garethâs role to inject this creativity and bring design thinking into how it works and operates.
The appointment marks a new chapter for Brilliant Noise as it begins to use a more creative-led approach when developing innovative services and transforming culture and communications for global client accounts. This has involved the use of creativity in campaign-based internal communications and complex transformation programs, uniting and inspiring both employees and customers for clients like Jaguar Land Rover, adidas and Tata Communications.
Gareth James was previously Creative Partner at Aqueduct London, where he lead the branding, design and UX of creative technology initiatives. Prior to this, he was Chief Creative Officer at TMW Unlimited, leading their creative output and setting up the digital arm of the business, growing it to a 60 strong creative team. Gareth has also been awarded for campaign work at Cannes Lions & The Webbys.

Brilliant Noise will be holding its annual Dots conference on 29th September, bringing together a mixture of creative and digital industries, the conference will have a theme of Embracing Change.
