Customer Engagement agency Edit, part of Kin + Carta, has announced it has secured the Shell Global Fleet Solutions CRM account following a competitive four-way pitch.
The three-year contract will see Edit work the Global team based in London, and a further 24 international markets. The broad scope of work includes; customer experience design and delivery, campaign development and management, technical and marketing automation consultancy, and strategic planning support to help shape marketing output.
The account will be led by Client Services Director Cathy Grant, with day-to-day operations led by Senior Account Director Catherine Nalborczyk, and technical consultancy led by Head of Marketing Architecture Alex Holt. It will be primarily served from Edit’s Bath office.

Edit works with a variety of clients across the customer lifecycle, including Jaguar Land Rover, Vue Cinemas, The Azzurri Group (Zizzi, Ask), Tesco Bank, and SpaSeekers.com.
