Elmwood announces appointment of new Executive Creative Director for US Studio

Elmwood, the strategic brand and design consultancy part of the MSQ Group, today announced the appointment of Justin Fines, as Executive Creative Director for the US.

Fines who joins from Mother Design, has over 20 years experience and is well-known for the calibre of his creative work, with several of his projects winning awards, including a coveted Cannes Gold Lion, One Show Gold, Gold Cube and Designism Cube from the ADC, Dieline Best of Show and Rebrand of the Year.

In addition, Justin’s work has featured prints in the collection of the V&A Museum in the UK. 

In his new role, Fines will shape Elmwood’s creative point of view and redefine its creative direction; leading the creative team across multiple leading accounts. With experience leading the design direction for Burger King, as well as Adobe’s rebrand, Justin is well-placed to nurture the growth of the Elmwood team to position the agency as a leading creative force.

Elmwood recently unveiled its new global positioning and brand identity, designed to get clients from intent to impact faster. Fines joins the team as Elmwood enters a new chapter focused on future-thinking creativity and its expansion in brand work outside of its traditional focus on packaging design.
