Previously Associate Creative Directors, Taylor and Sheehan each bring more than a decade of experience creating award-winning work for some of the country’s most recognizable brands. Taylor, an award-winning copywriter who joined Fitzco in 2023, previously held creative roles at 22Squared and Barkley, now OKRP Barkley, developing work for brands including Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, The Home Depot and Publix. Sheehan joined Fitzco in 2022 following roles at Formerly Known As, The Coca-Cola Company and The Orange Sparkle Ball, with experience spanning brands including Coca-Cola, Michelob ULTRA, M·A·C Cosmetics and Arby’s.

Together at Fitzco, Taylor and Sheehan have helped shape standout campaigns including DoubleTree by Hilton’s “Cookie Monster,” Cholula’s “Salsa Drop”, Murphy’s Naturals’ “Outervention” and Welch’s “You Gotta Sip It to Get It.” The pair also contributed to an anthem spot for Southern Company, one of Fitzco’s longest-standing clients. Across their careers, their work has earned recognition from Cannes Lions, The One Show, the Clios, ADC, the ADDYs, Webbys, MUSE Creative Awards and Reggie Awards.

In their expanded roles, Taylor and Sheehan will provide creative leadership and oversight across Fitzco’s growing client roster, while continuing to help shape the agency’s creative culture, develop talent and raise the bar for its creative output.

“Cat and Ashlyn are exceptional creative leaders,” said Chris Wallrapp, CEO of Fitzco. “They have an ability to turn smart strategy into work people actually care about and to push everyone around them to make the work better. They’ve made a real impact on Fitzco, our clients and our culture. These promotions simply recognize the great leaders they’ve already become.”

The promotions follow a year of double-digit revenue growth for Fitzco, alongside new client wins and expanded assignments across its existing roster. The agency also marks 10 years with Southern Company in 2026, adding a decade-long partnership to a year that has brought both new business and deeper relationships with existing clients.
