Hoping to capitalize on Instagram’s recent bad publicity, Flickr has launched their revamped app.
The Yahoo-owned photo service is well known as a web service, but the latest major update to its mobile app has introduced features that enable it to take Instagram head on.
The most prominent changes to the Flickr app are the addition of 15 filters and the ability to share these edited images on various social networks.
The new app is available for free on iPhone, with an iPad-optimized version and an Android version said to be on its way.
