In her role, Moser-Berridge will focus primarily on driving new client acquisition and accelerating the agency’s new business momentum. Working closely with the leadership team, she will be responsible for identifying and converting growth opportunities that align with Grey London’s evolving strategic and creative proposition.

Alongside this, she will support an agency-wide organic growth workstream, helping business leads to deepen existing client relationships and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts. In addition, she will also oversee agency communications and continue to strengthen relationships across the WPP network.

Moser-Berridge joins Grey London from leading business development at The Or, where she played a leading role in the agency being appointed as Asos’s creative agency of record. The appointment reflects Grey London’s ambition to usher in the “Greynaissance” – a renewed era of strategic clarity, creative confidence and commercial growth.

Alex Moser-Berridge, Head of Growth, Grey London said: “Joining Jai, Helen and Tarek for the ‘Greynaissance’ has already been massively rewarding. There’s real momentum coming from the leadership team, particularly following Jai’s appointment, and I’m really enjoying helping to define how Grey is going to grow in the years to come.

“A big part of my role is about shining a light on the array of talent at Grey London and ensuring we’re telling a clear story about what makes us distinctive. Alongside driving new client relationships, we’re focused on building deeper partnerships with existing clients and leaning into the strength of the WPP network.”

Jai Kotecha, CEO, Grey London added: “We’re thrilled to have Alex join us at such an exciting time for Grey London. She brings a rare mix of strategic insight and commercial instinct, along with a deep belief in the power of our people. As we shape the next chapter for the agency, Alex’s skills will play a key role in driving growth for both our clients and the business.”
