The nation’s largest psychology-driven marketing firm, Intermark Group, has hired Samantha Paulo as chief growth officer.
In her new role, Paulo will leverage a comprehensive approach to business innovation and growth, lead marketing and PR teams to optimize cross-departmental capabilities, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
As marketers look to the behavioral sciences for stronger outcomes, Intermark Group continues to leverage a psychology-driven approach to optimize marketing strategies that empower brands to break through the noise.
“Samantha has a rare combination of deep marketing strategy, business-development acumen, and people skills needed to help marketers drive deeper connections with consumers and propel Intermark’s growth into the future,” said Intermark CEO Jake McKenzie. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to add her to our executive leadership team.”
Paulo is a marketing and advertising veteran with 25 years of experience. Most recently, she was vice president, Global Business Development, at Publicis Groupe, where she led global pitch engagements, elevated strategic propositions and commercial offerings, and was responsible for new business growth and client retention.
Before joining Publicis, Paulo was director, Global Growth & Strategy, at Interpublic Group, where she led global prospecting and business development. Prior to IPG, she co-founded the digital and direct-marketing firm PalmerBrown Direct, where her clients included The Home Depot, Sanofi-Aventis, HP, Anthem/Blue Cross, Lexus, Dyson, Abbott Labs, Sunrise Senior Living, and Panera Bread.
