Magic Mind Unleashes The “Lil’ Genius” Inside All of Us

Magic Mind, a mental performance shot that provides a sharper mind and calm energy, is launching a campaign created by award-winning independent agency, Raindrop.

The campaign uses fast-paced, offbeat humor to explain the unique product benefits while dramatizing the highly relatable problem Magic Mind solves: To sharpen and calm the overworked, exhausted “Lil’ Genius” inside our brains who enables our individual success. In the hero video, a professional works quietly on his laptop, but then viewers meet his wackier interior doppelgänger, who sits at a mad-scientist-styled control room, frantically trying to deal with the information overload as the equipment flames out and alarms sound.

The man is then seen, head bowed in failure, as his laptop screen explodes with messages, emails, and to-do notifications. Until the little green bottle of Magic Mind appears on his desk in a puff of smoke. Magic Mind is a daily 2oz shot for peak mental performance with vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and clinically backed ingredients like Turmeric, Ashwagandha, and Lion’s Mane. It comes in three caffeine levels: Original (55mg of natural caffeine, about half a cup of coffee), MAXX (165mg), and caffeine-free FREE. A two-phase caffeine system with natural caffeine and Ceremonial-Grade Matcha combines fast-acting caffeine for an immediate lift with time-release caffeine that sustains energy for hours, without the jitters or afternoon crash of caffeine-packed energy shots. The formula’s cognitive-support compounds are encapsulated for better absorption, and its ingredients support a sharper mind, sustained energy, and long-term brain health while helping manage daily stress. The video then introduces a woman character who solves her brain overload with Magic Mind, except her Lil’ Genius is a more philosophical character who offers age-old wisdom, tobacco pipe in hand.

The tagline, “Give your inner genius the support it deserves! Try Magic Mind and free your Lil’ Genius,” neatly encapsulates the campaign’s strategic goals.

“At Magic Mind, our mission is to elevate humanity through mental performance,” said Rob Webb, Chief Marketing Officer, Magic Mind. “We believe everyone has a little genius inside them, and for most of us it’s running on too much coffee and adrenaline. We are excited about the Lil’ Genius campaign because it’s a clear, fun depiction of what Magic Mind can do for everyone’s inner genius. We love that the creative work takes an abstract idea, which is difficult to visualize, and turns it into a character you can root for.”

”We brainstormed as a team, with Magic Mind on hand, to understand the experience and the effects of the product, in order to travel inside the mind of the consumer,” said Jacques Spitzer, CEO/COO of Raindrop. “And we quickly realized, first-hand, that the real-world benefit was to help unleash, and to feed, that little creative genius inside of all of us.”

The campaign – the hero 2:00 video and :60, :30 and :15 versions – breaks September 10 and will run nationally on CTV, Meta and YouTube. A number of digital static images will be used on social media.
