People of Prominence rebrands as The Prominence Collective

People of Prominence has rebranded as The Prominence Collective, marking a new chapter for the Manchester-based PR and communications consultancy as it continues to expand its work with businesses, non-profits and senior leaders across the UK.

The move reflects how the consultancy’s work has developed over the past year. While the original name grew from a focus on people-centred storytelling, thought leadership and executive profiling, the consultancy now works more broadly across organisational communications, helping businesses and non-profits shape positioning, messaging and reputation through integrated campaigns.

Operating across sectors including health, charity, education, lifestyle, travel, construction and tech, The Prominence Collective supports organisations through media relations, digital PR, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications and brand development. The new name is intended to better reflect that wider portfolio and the collaborative model behind its work.

The announcement comes alongside a number of new client partnerships, including Cocoon, the Harrogate-based fertility and wellness clinic founded by Sam Naughton, and At The Millpond, the ADHD coaching and neuro-inclusion consultancy founded by Isobel Lepist. Cocoon was established in 2024 to provide compassionate fertility and pregnancy support, combining clinical services with emotional care, while At The Millpond supports neurodivergent adults through structured coaching and neuro-inclusive practice.

These organisations join a wider portfolio of clients that include Legasee Educational Trust, Chapter 2 Dating, Fourth Wall Building Consultancy, The Widowed Collective, Sober Rebel Society, All Aboard ADHD, SoberLove, Da Lat Corner, and WidowsFire. The Prominence Collective also provides PR support for a select group of high-profile individuals, including TikTok creators Matthew Haywood and Brett Harman, alongside Gogglebox star Daniel Lustig-Webb.

Edwin Buckley, Founder and Managing Director at The Prominence Collective, said: “The way we work has evolved naturally over time. We still prioritise strong storytelling and putting people at the centre of communications, but the work itself has grown alongside the organisations we support, with a much stronger focus on helping businesses and non-profits shape clear positioning and long-term reputation.

Over the past year we’ve helped clients secure national exposure across broadcast, print and online media, while also shaping the wider communications around that, from digital campaigns to brand positioning and leadership visibility. Our focus is on building a clear identity and consistent narrative that creates momentum and supports long-term growth.

For us, PR and communications is never just about a single headline or moment. It’s about creating clarity, consistency and trust over time, and working closely with founders and leadership teams to make sure their messaging reflects who they really are. The Prominence Collective felt like the right step because it better captures the breadth of that work and the collaborative way we approach it.”
