RAPP UK has appointed Caroline Parkes to the newly created role of Head of Strategic Consulting. Reporting into Shiona McDougall, SVP Strategy, Parkes is tasked with developing RAPP’s strategic breadth and capabilities as well as driving business transformation and growth for existing clients. She will also be helping to guide innovation and creativity across the agency.
Parkes joins RAPP UK with a wealth of experience, having run strategy departments at Proximity, LIDA and Craik Jones. She has worked with some of the UK’s best loved brands including Boots, IKEA, First Direct and Oxfam, winning multiple awards throughout her career. Prior to joining RAPP, Parkes was running her own strategic consultancy where she advised clients on developing their brands and specifically, their customer engagement strategies. Caroline also sits on the DMA Awards committee and is category chair at this year’s awards.
