STRAWBERRYFROG NAMES RG LOGAN CHIEF INTEGRATED STRATEGY OFFICER

Strategy veteran to lead integrated brand, media and AI-driven marketing

StrawberryFrog, the independent, full service, creative advertising agency, today announced that RG Logan has joined as Chief Integrated Strategy Officer. He will lead the agency’s strategic direction and integrated approach to building brands that matter in culture and business, bringing together creativity, media, technology and emerging AI-driven marketing.

Logan brings a unique and diverse set of industry experiences that span brand positioning, communications strategy and integrated marketing in a range of industries including food and beverage, financial services, tourism, technology and CPG. He has worked on both the client side and across some of the leading digital and traditional agencies.

He joins from Grey New York, where he served 18 months as Chief Strategy Officer and oversaw accounts including Applebee’s, Angel Soft, Modelo, the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority and the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. He played a key growth role and helped Grey win major assignments from the Almond Board of California, PIMCO and Driscoll’s.

Prior to Grey, Logan led brand marketing and strategy at the anti-smoking nonprofit Truth Initiative, where he helped build an industry-leading creative team whose “Depression Stick” work earned the 2023 U.S. Grand Effie and the iconic “Truth” campaign was named one of Ad Age’s Top 10 Campaigns of the 21st Century.

Logan’s appointment follows the elevation of Steve Scutellaro to CEO from General Manager, where he presided over a period of exceptional growth and impact. “RG’s track record and wide field of experience make him the perfect fit for StrawberryFrog,” Scutellaro said. “Few talents in the industry can build such meaningful bridges between strategy, creativity, media, AI, technology and social media as effectively as RG. He’s a storyteller by nature and an amazing human being who fits right into our culture.”

Logan, who will partner with Strategy Lead Chip Walker, will work across many StrawberryFrog clients and new business opportunities and play a central role in a rapidly expanding part of the agency’s offering — integrated creative and media.

Under Logan’s leadership, StrawberryFrog will continue expanding its strategic capabilities across integrated communications, data driven insights and AI-powered marketing to help brands outleap expectations in culture and business.

Logan’s career has been driven by his belief that the value of strategy is simple: to understand problems deeply and point imagination and creativity at what matters most. He began his career in research at Hall & Partners and moved across disciplines at 360i, Carrot (a VICE digital agency), Razorfish and Pereira & O’Dell. His conviction that brands are built not just through advertising but through participation in culture aligns him with StrawberryFrog’s founding vision and the fuel for its continuous record of success.

“StrawberryFrog is the model for the exact agency modern brands need today – independent, senior-led and built to move at pace,” Logan said. “We have an exceptional leadership team and the freedom to stay close to clients’ real business problems and help them outleap what’s expected. That combination is rare, and it’s what makes this opportunity so exciting to me.”

StrawberryFrog continues to garner recognition for its creative impact and support for social purpose causes and was named one of Ad Age’s Best Small Agencies for 2024. The agency was named to D&AD’s Top 10 Most Creatively Awarded Independent Agencies list for 2025. High-profile recent work includes campaigns for Truist, Walmart, Northwell Health and IKEA. New business wins include RWJBarnabas Health, Woody Creek Distillers, Alibaba and the Cheesecake Factory. The agency projects Q1 2026 growth to be 40% above Q1 2025.
