Otisha has had an accomplished career in games marketing and brand roles, having led the interactive entertainment strategy for Universal Music UK as their first Head of Gaming and managed several high-profile franchises for some of the biggest games companies in the world, including Sony PlayStation and Warner Bros. Games.

At Substance Global, Otisha will continue to develop relationships, opportunities and expertise within the existing roster, delivering multi-faceted campaign strategy, creative, social, influencer and PR services, as well as marketing for clients such as Xbox, Pokémon, SEGA, WBIE, 2K and Square Enix, with a focus on expanding this portfolio.
