Following a client referral, Branston were keen to collaborate with Tall to establish a robust digital presence for the new brand, Nanna Tate. Both Tall and Nanna Tate wanted to achieve a seamless customer journey that showcased its products, fostering a sense of connection with the consumer and making them hungry for more.
While creating a strong online presence was the key focus for Tall, it was also important to ensure that the digital launch supported Nanna Tate’s confirmed listing in Tesco.
The first step for Tall was to develop a set of Digital Design Principles, which would encompass the brand’s overall digital style and be used across the website as well as PR and social media. Ultimately, Nanna Tate wanted digital tactics to drive further brand awareness and appeal to food enthusiasts via a carefully crafted recipe content hub.
