Walr, the global res-tech company behind the cutting-edge data creation platform, has earned itself a spot on the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list by Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
The 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list is compiled by analysing surveys from thousands of employees. The surveys evaluated the overall wellbeing of employees at work by asking about the level of support received from the company in areas such as work-life balance, job satisfaction, sense of fulfilment, psychological safety, and financial security.
“At the heart of every organisation are its people and looking after their wellbeing should be much more than a package of impressive perks on a careers website,” explains Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK. “We know when employees feel genuinely contented and at ease within their roles, they are much more engaged and productive. Now in our second year of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing list, we’re once again able to showcase the leading organisations providing cultures conducive to outstanding psychological, physical and social wellbeing. A huge congratulations to Walr for making this prestigious list.”
Emily Whiting, Walr Chief of Staff, adds, “Walr is honoured to be officially named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing. Our team should be commended for their dedication not only to their job responsibilities, but also for fostering a culture of positivity, ingenuity and community on a daily basis.”
The announcement follows Walr’s 2022 recognitions as both a Great Place to Work® and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech.
