Zenith UK bolsters c-suit with Chief Strategy Officer appointment

Today, Zenith UK’s Chief Executive Officer, Natalie Cummins, names Richard Clay as its new Chief Strategy Officer. The news follows that of Kush Bhardwaj, who was promoted to Head of Investment at the end of last year.

Clay started at Zenith UK in 2010 as a planner, before moving into strategy where he has spent the last 8 years. He was promoted to Head of Strategy in early 2023. Over the past few years Clay has lead strategy work for Lloyds Banking Group, RVU and Three and spearheaded the deployment and development of Zenith’s award-winning Right Reach methodology, which has proven to deliver better business outcomes for clients than ordinary reach.
