International branding agency, Lambie-Nairn has bolstered its team with two new appointments; Fernando Magan as Digital Design Director and Lavanya Sivakumaran as Senior Client Manager. Set to start his new role this month, Magan will report into Executive Creative Director, Adrian Burton. He is tasked with developing the digital capabilities across the agency’s impressive client base, which includes Telefónica, Natural History Museum, BBC Good Food, and Group M.
Adrian Burton commented on the appointment: “Fernando has a strong history of delivering innovative design, which fits perfectly with our positioning. Our agency is a great place to be right now – we have some exciting creative work in the pipeline. His energy, talent and passion speaks volumes and I have no doubt he will be an invaluable member of the Lambie-Nairn team.”
Magan boasts a wealth of award-winning experience spanning a range of sectors including sport, broadcast, charity, retail, health, gaming and entertainment. He joins Lambie-Nairn from RedBee (now Ericsson) where, as Design Director, he was responsible for its creative leadership, product strategy, user research, design solutions and technology across high profile brands including Waitrose, Xbox and Virgin.
Prior to this, he held the position of Design Director at AKQA. During his time at the agency, he provided creative and graphic direction for its NikeFootball and NikeWoman global account.
Lambie-Nairn also welcomes Sivakumaran who joins the agency from Landor, where she was a Senior Client Manager. Prior to this, she held roles at established agencies including Pollitt and Partners; Studio Output; Publicis Chemistry; Together Agency and Victoria Creative.
As new Senior Client Manager, Sivakumaran will be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships. Collaborating closely with the internal teams and reporting into the agency’s Managing Director, Andy Hayes, she will ensure Lambie-Nairn continues to deliver first-in-class creative and strategic branding solutions.
