The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has today announced the appointment of Challenger agency, VCCP Blue as its creative agency of record following a competitive pitch.

RNIB, the Royal National Institute of Blind People, is the UK’s leading sight loss charity. They offer practical and emotional support to blind and partially sighted people, their families and carers, and raise awareness of the experiences of blind and partially sighted people, and campaign for change to make society more accessible for all.
The challenger agency, VCCP Blue, takes on a retained remit to lead the charity’s creative strategy, focusing on a transformative brand relaunch and support integrated marketing campaigns. The partnership will involve a strategic process which will help to establish and articulate what the charity stands for, followed by an integrated campaign that will help RNIB communicate and achieve its mission of building a better world for blind and partially sighted people.
Nina Walker, Chief Engagement Officer at RNIB said: “VCCP demonstrated an exceptional understanding of our work and our clear purpose-led vision for the future. The partnership is expected to help RNIB extend its role in society and ensure that it is recognised and understood by a wider public than ever before.”
Roly Darby, Managing Director of VCCP Blue added: “RNIB is a charity with a vital legacy and our goal is to get the charity – and the important work that it’s doing – into people’s living rooms. It’s a privilege to use our ‘Challenger’ spirit to insert RNIB and the topic of sight loss into the national conversation”.
The first major integrated campaign is slated to launch in 2027.
