YouGov has announced that William Ullstein will be taking on the role of CEO – UK. He will oversee and help drive the commercial strategy for the UK market and lead the UK commercial and research teams.
William has excelled in a variety of roles at YouGov in the nine years of service to date. He joined the business in 2015 to set-up the account management function delivering 25% growth in its first year and personally led on YouGov UK’s most valuable accounts. He went on to create and incubate various innovations, from running the commercial arm of YouGov’s self-serve platform, to spear-heading the commercial response to COVID 19 and broadcasting weekly webinars to tens of thousands of clients across the globe.
He has always been at the forefront of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what the business can achieve for its clients. In 2019 he set up a new global product line YouGov Advertising Solutions, taking YouGov into the world of ad-tech and first-party data enrichment – creating new client use cases for YouGov data and incremental revenue streams.
In his new role he will continue to push YouGov to exploit the new opportunities being presented by digital technology. He will report to YouGov Chief Commercial Officer Tom Fisher.
