Formerly Head of New Business at Grey, Prill represents the agency’s ongoing commitment to investing in exceptional talent

Independent advertising agency Terri & Sandy has named Dylan Prill as its first Head of Growth, marking the latest expansion of its senior leadership team and the agency’s continued investment in top-level senior talent. Prill joins the agency following a career-defining run at Grey, most recently as Head of New Business for its Global New York headquarters. She will report to Partner & President Peyton Sutton, who joined the agency in 2024 alongside Founder & CEO Sandy Greenberg.

Prill’s appointment marks Terri & Sandy’s third major senior hire in recent months—following Amy Ferguson’s addition as Partner & Chief Creative Officer and Tina Lam’s arrival as Head of Production. In the new role, Prill will lead all new-business efforts for the 50-person agency, streamlining Terri & Sandy’s approach to new business while helping to refine and clarify the agency’s positioning, both within the industry and across the categories it serves. Her appointment formalizes a function recently overseen by senior leadership—primarily Greenberg and Sutton.

The move further underscores Terri & Sandy’s continued evolution, in part marked by a  remarkable new-business streak, adding Revlon, Welch’s Sparkling Juice, Kevin’s Natural Foods (part of Mars, Inc.), and Earth Breeze to its roster within the last twelve months. The agency has also continued to grow with longstanding clients including Freshpet, Princess Cruises, and Hiscox.

“We’re coming off a significant growth year, and our next focus is about scaling the same way we help brands scale,” said Sutton. “This role exists to work behind the scenes as the agency’s growth engine, strengthening our strategy, capabilities, and systems that allow our teams to unlock bigger opportunities for our client partners. Dylan brings the exact type of competitive, strategic, client-centric mindset to agency growth that Terri & Sandy needs.”

“There’s real momentum and energy at Terri & Sandy right now, and it’s an incredibly exciting moment to help future-proof one of the most iconic independent agencies in the industry,” said Prill. “Terri & Sandy has always understood that sustainable growth comes from building brands, and I’m energized to help grow the agency by helping our clients grow.”

As Head of New Business at Grey, Prill architected and led the agency’s strategic new-business efforts, driving growth across both new and existing clients. She spent the majority of her career at the agency, first in account management, then transitioning into new-business leadership six years ago. Her experience spans travel and tourism, spirits, telecommunications, financial services, and FMCG, with a new-business track record boasting wins such as the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Intercontinental Hotel Group, MassMutual, TUMI, Angel Soft, Mary Kay, the Almond Board of California, and Boost Infinite.
