Zulu Alpha Kilo Expands Zulubot Leadership

Indie creative shop announces new promotions, hires for Zulubot studio

Global creative company Zulu Alpha Kilo (Z.A.K.) has announced a new leadership structure for Zulubot, its innovative production arm. The announcement includes a slate of new hires and promotions as Zulubot continues to grow.

Founded in 2014 in response to client needs, Zulubot was built to deliver a more nimble, creative, and efficient approach to production. From day one, it has embraced emerging technologies, integrating advanced AI into the majority of its productions and becoming Snap’s first official Canadian partner, producing over 100 custom AR lenses. More than a decade in, that same spirit continues to drive Zulubot forward, with a new leadership structure and expanded investment in production and innovation shaping its next chapter.

Ola Stodulska, an agency veteran since 2012, has been promoted to Head of Creative Production. A brief glance at Z.A.K.’s portfolio of innovative, breakthrough creative work, from the award-winning films “Harley-Davidson: Common Ground,” an online docu-series that evolved into a one-hour primetime special on Discovery Channel, to the satirical “Catch Me If You Cannes,” Henry of Pelham’s handcrafted Developed Through Time campaign to A.I.-driven content for Stonefire Naan and Subaru shows Stodulska’s fingerprints across some of the agency’s most celebrated work. In her expanded role, Stodulska will take on leadership of Zulubot, reflecting her growing impact across the business.

As Zulubot continues to scale its production and innovation capabilities, the senior team is rounded out by Sarah Dayus, Director of Operations; Adam Palmer, Executive Producer; Ece Inan, Director of Digital & Innovation; and Henry Eugenio, Studio Manager. Together, they lead a team of more than 30 production specialists including producers, editors, AI creators, motion designers, content creators and developers, working in lockstep to streamline and push creative execution across all mediums.

Additionally, Hiep Vu has joined as the company’s senior AI Creator as Z.A.K. continues to expand investments in AI tools and talent. Vu leads the team integrating the technology across production workflows, enabling rapid iteration and personalization for client work, all while maintaining Z.A.K’s core offering: content crafted by real people, enhanced by technology, and tailored to meet the needs of modern platforms.

“AI is rapidly changing the production landscape, and we’re all in on what it enables. But tools don’t make great work, people do,” says Mike Sutton, President and CEO at Zulu Alpha Kilo. “The edge will come from those who pair technology with true creative craft, and Ola, together with this exceptional group of leaders, represents exactly that.”

Alongside a surge of new client growth, including partnerships with Hershey, (RED), and Ace Bakery, the independent shop has been building out its next generation of creative leaders with a slew of hires and promotions. The company recently welcomed a new Executive Creative Director team, Jordan Hamer and Spencer Ryan; two new Group Creative Director teams, George Ault and Jacob Gawrysiak, and Nick Doerr and Gui Bermejo. Additionally, Teresa Bayley was promoted to Executive Producer, while creative team Carlos Veras and Dylan Thompson were made Associate Creative Directors.
