Interbrand today announced the appointments of Claire Morris as Senior Partner, Client Relationship, and Simon Kearney as Senior Strategy Director, based in its New York office. These strategic hires underscore Interbrand’s continued investment in North America and its commitment to strengthening global client relationships and capabilities.


The expansion of senior leadership in North America reflects Interbrand’s ambition to further enhance its presence in one of the world’s most influential markets, while deepening its ability to serve clients across the region and globally with integrated, high-impact brand and business solutions.
Claire Morris brings more than 25 years of experience in building, leading, and nurturing high-value client relationships across global markets. She is widely recognized for her expertise in global client management, brand building, and developing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Interbrand, Claire held senior leadership roles including Managing Partner at Collins, and Managing Director at Ogilvy where she led major international accounts and delivered integrated brand transformation initiatives. Most recently, she worked as a marketing consultant, advising organizations on strategic growth, brand positioning, and large-scale client engagement.
Simon Kearney joins Interbrand with more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of brand, business, and innovation strategy at firms including Koto, Wolff Olins, and Fahrenheit 212. He has advised leading global organizations on growth, innovation, and brand-led transformation, and is known for his strategic rigor and collaborative leadership style. Simon has built a strong track record in helping clients navigate complexity and unlock long-term value through brand.
Based in New York, Claire and Simon will play a key role in strengthening Interbrand’s client partnerships across North America, driving greater connectivity across regions, and ensuring consistent delivery of excellence across key accounts globally. Their appointments reinforce Interbrand’s ability to support clients’ evolving needs in an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace.
