Big Buoy’s ladies promote girl power at work for International Women’s Day

In honour of International Women’s Day, London-based post-production house, Big Buoy, have created a representational video with one key message; Women should encourage each other.

Boasting an all-female cast, the film features the Big Buoy girls, from producers to animation directors, sporting full-face balaclavas as they become a humanised metaphor for strength in sisterhood.

The brightly coloured wardrobe is representative of females in our society, helping to pose the message: No matter who you are or where you come from, we are all equal and we should relish in the sisterhood bonds we form within our professional environments.

Sandra Clua, Big Buoy’s animation and shoot Director, says, “We wanted to create something with an all-encompassing, meaningful message for International Women’s Day that also injected a bit of fun around sisterhood. Shooting the footage together as a team was great fun and I think the final film really pops.”
