Clarion Introduces ‘Bright Sparks’ Gen Z Panel to Cultivate Next-Gen PR Talent and Insights

Clarion Communications today announced the launch of ‘Bright Sparks,’ a future-focused initiative starting in partnership with the University of West London (UWL). Designed to cultivate the next generation of PR talent, the program will also provide unparalleled insights into the Gen Z market for Clarion and its clients which include Aldi, Cathay Pacific, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, The Shard, Unilever, and Wickes, among others.

Amanda Meyrick, CEO at Clarion Communications, says: “Bright Sparks offers a dual benefit – students gain invaluable real-world experience through interactive workshops, internships, and mentorship, while Clarion gains access to the exclusive Bright Sparks Panel of Gen Z voices – providing direct access to this influential demographic’s perspectives.”

The initiative ties in with Clarion’s ‘Clever Works’ philosophy – blending data-driven insights, cultural trends, and creative ingenuity to develop impactful campaigns that resonate with the right audience.

Meyrick adds: “We’re always looking for new ways to deliver fresh insights to our clients, and engaging Gen Z is high on the agenda for many of the brands we work with. ‘Bright Sparks’ allows us to tap into the minds of this audience firsthand, ensuring our strategies are informed, relevant, and future-facing.”
