Robert W. Sprague, founder and CEO of full-service agency Yes& today announced the promotion of Jeff Nowak to chief client officer (CCO). Nowak is now tasked with creating a world-class experience and deepening relationships with the agency’s full range of clients. He has also been charged with simultaneously building, shaping and leading the account and project management functions at Yes&. Nowak also oversees the agency’s largest integrated client relationship with FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program.
In addition to his client leadership role, Jeff is also a member of Yes&’s Executive Committee, responsible for setting a vision for the agency and implementing the plan to drive strategic growth, big business ideas and a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Nowak has built an impressive resume over the past 20+ years working at highly regarded agencies on behalf of some of the world’s most well-known brands. For the last four years, he has deployed that earned-and-learned expertise for DC-based Yes& and now assumes greater responsibilities for the fast-growing agency.
Prior to joining Yes&, Nowak spent 13 years at Hill Holliday in Boston, MA, as executive vice president of Account Management, where he oversaw brands including Bank of America and Optum/UnitedHealth Group.
This is a full-circle moment for Nowak in that he began his marketing career in Washington, D.C., at Earle Palmer Brown after receiving his BS in economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
