Creative agency Majority has made two hires—Dee-Dee Riley-Dunn and Christina Tuck.
Dee-Dee Riley-Dunn was hired as senior director of People Operations. The newly created role at Majority will focus on recruiting talent across the agency, improving ways of working and improving collaboration while fostering a mentorship culture.
As a strategic action-oriented problem solver, resource manager and diversity/inclusion planner, Dee-Dee is well versed in implementing processes and best practices to cultivate a people-first culture. She joins Majority with 17-plus years of agency experience supporting creative talent across some of the top creative shops today, such as McGarryBowen/Dentsu, VaynerMedia and Burrell Communications.
“This role isn’t HR. Majority is a unique agency, and our approach to success doesn’t resemble any other industry model,” explained Majority’s Partner + Chief Culture & Innovation Officer Brandon Butler. “We appreciate people’s soft skills and passions—that’s what you can’t teach. With Dee-Dee’s passion for inspiring creativity, we’re confident she’ll significantly contribute to our Culture + Growth.”
Christina Tuck describes herself as the client whisperer, project ninja, squad leader, and creative campaign sorcerer. The award-winning account lead has a passion for making a positive impact and uses her skills in brand management, analytical thinking, data tracking, and digital marketing to do so—both for clients and her community. As account supervisor at Majority, she will work under the guidance of our most senior client partner, Fuming Cao, on Abbott, Shea Moisture and Diet Coke businesses.
Previously, Christina was an account supervisor at Fitzco, where her clients were Southern Company, Synovus, and SYLVANIA. Her background is in account management and communications.
“Christina’s addition to our Account Management team furthers our ability to deliver exceptional partnership to our clients, existing and new,” said Fuming Cao, Majority’s Client Services lead. “Beyond her professional accomplishments, Christina is a devoted mother of two boys. She’s also deeply involved in helping underprivileged youth in her community during her free time, embodying our shared commitment to making a positive impact on those around us.”
Majority was founded on the belief that diversity is the ultimate competitive advantage for ideas that land in culture. Its model combines a multicultural talent model with general market capabilities.
