Proof Advertising has been named creative agency of record for FiiZ Drinks, one of the fastest-growing specialty soda shop franchises in the country, following a competitive review. Proof will lead creative and strategic duties for the brand as FiiZ accelerates its expansion from over 70 locations nationwide toward a goal of more than 500 across the U.S. and 100 in Canada over the next decade.
Founded in Bountiful, Utah, in 2014, FiiZ is part of the specialty soda movement that has swept the country in recent years. Often referred to as “dirty soda” in popular culture and propelled into the mainstream by shows like Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, the category has exploded from a regional favorite into a national phenomenon. FiiZ, which prefers the term “specialty sodas,” puts a modern spin on the classic soda fountain, offering over 10,000 customizable drink combinations including flavored sodas, energy drinks, waters, and hot beverages, alongside snacks and sweet treats. The brand served more than 200 million ounces in 2025 and has recently expanded into new markets including Connecticut, Texas, and Arizona, signaling growing demand well beyond its Mountain West roots.
Under the partnership, Proof will develop brand strategy and creative campaigns to build national consumer awareness, drive franchise development interest, and reinforce the brand’s “Your Drink. Your Way.” positioning across digital, social, and experiential channels.
