Iris has promoted Henry Scotland and Rachid Ahouiyek to Executive Creative Directors as it doubles down on product. They will work alongside current London ECD David Prideaux.
Scotland and Ahouiyek have worked together for over two years growing the much awarded adidas account, as well as on recent Barclays and Samsung campaigns.
The duo mix traditional and non-traditional skillsets. Scotland’s background is in music, sport and experiential whilst Ahouiyek’s career has spanned agencies including Wieden+Kennedy and McCann, having played designer, writer and film director on multiple campaigns.
Grant Hunter, European ECD said: “Our best work has always come from a non-traditional place. With these two, more often than not, you get work that feels more like culture than comms. The combination of Henry & Rachid, joining David, will bolster the London office’s strong, forward-facing, creative leadership, giving us more bandwidth and non-traditional expertise.”
Henry & Rachid said: “We’ll be all about backing the right talent with the right energy. If you like the sound of that, get in touch!”
Iris has 100+ creatives in the London department and is on a hiring blitz after its most successful year to date. New business wins on Delta and expanding remits on clients such as adidas, Formula E, Pizza Hut and Suzuki have all contributed to that growth.
