Full-service independent advertising agency, Marcus Thomas, have appointed Morgan Connor as Culture and Coaching Director.
Connor will lead talent management, ensuring the agency is well positioned to competitively attract the highest caliber of people necessary for continued agency success. In addition, she will head up human resources and benefits administration, performance management and training to continue the agency’s reputation as a best-in-class employer. In this role, she will participate on the agency’s business leadership team and have five direct reports.

Connor has extensive experience in program development, training and employee relations. Most recently, she served as Head of Human Resources at digital advertising agency, space150, where she was responsible for providing strategic insight and counsel to executives in the organization and managing all HR-related functions and operations. She’s also held HR roles at global asset management firm, Pine River Capital Management, consulting firm, Charles River Associates, and digital risk management firm, Stroz Friedberg.
