Publicis London promotes Katie Hibbard to Chief Strategy Officer

Publicis London has promoted Katie Hibbard to Chief Strategy Officer.

As CSO, Hibbard will lead strategy across the agency’s international client portfolio, which includes Power of One clients and brands such as Fosters, Electrolux and Marriott Bonvoy.

Alongside overseeing the agency’s strategic direction, Hibbard will working closely with CEO Trent Patterson and CCO Noel Bunting to champion global creativity that ‘moves the world’, driving Publicis London’s commitment to change the narrative around the power and effectiveness of international work. This will include the launch of World Class, Publicis London’s new research initiative interrogating the effectiveness of international campaigns later this year. Hibbard reports to CEO Trent Patterson. 

Previously Head of Strategy, Hibbard has been with the agency since 2022 when she joined as Group Strategy Director. She joined from the Department of Health and Social Care (formerly Public Health England) where she was Head of Planning, having previously risen through the agency ranks at Ogilvy and ENGINE.  

The appointments follow Trent Patterson’s promotion to CEO at the end of 2025, and is the latest nod to a strong run of form for Publicis London. The agency has welcomed a string of new clients in the past year and picked up multiple creative and effectiveness awards.
