AKQA has promoted Roman Ptakowski to General Manager, and Sallie Baskervill to Director of Client Services. Roman and Sallie will lead the Atlanta studio, its partnerships and client collaborations.
Prior to Roman’s appointment as General Manager, he served as Director of Client Services in Atlanta, overseeing assignments for Delta Air Lines, Universal Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola and Chick-fil-A.
On his appointment, Roman said: “I’m excited about the future of AKQA, and feel positive about the trajectory we’re on. We have many goals and aspirations to achieve, and I look forward to partnering with Sallie to ensure a thriving culture while leading the team on the journey ahead.”
Sallie began her career at an independent integrated agency where she worked with a number of retail, financial services and automotive brands. She joined AKQA in 2013 to manage the Delta Air Lines activity.
Sallie said: “I am energized by the opportunity to lead our client services practice. It’s a welcome new challenge, and in partnership with the Atlanta team, we’ll continue to focus on championing influential work and delivering impressive results for our clients.”
