In response to growing demand from its stable of clients, Manchester independent marketing and PR agency, SLG, has added two key hires to its team.
Senior copywriter Mark Fraser and PR Account Manager Emma Liasides bring a range of experience to the SLG team, working with the agency’s line up of national clients including Polypipe, Baxi and The Smallpeice Trust.
Mark’s extensive career as a creative copywriter has seen him work on a host of high profile household brands including the Co-op Food, supermarket chain Iceland, housebuilder Redrow, and sports brand Karimor. As Senior Copywriter, he bolsters the conceptual and strategic force within the creative team, adding value to both brand and campaign work across the board.
Sheffield-born Emma Liasides joins the agency as PR Account Manager, bringing a wealth of experience working for high profile clients including UK and international tourist boards, international airlines and luxury hotels. Emma, a high achieving graduate from University of Manchester, will be providing her advice and expertise to key client public relations accounts including UK manufacturers, national charities, and industry federations.
Head of Client Services, Ryan Jones, comments: “As our range of dedicated services continues to grow, SLG is working hard to hire the right people for the roles available. We are an experienced agency with over 35 years in business, but we have a big future, and bringing the best mix of people to help us continue to produce top class work is a must. We are proud of the fact that SLG brings national briefs to Manchester, and the appointments of Mark and Emma provides our clients with access to a wider range of creative talent and skills that can have a real and positive impact on their business objectives.”
