ADvendio announces the arrival of Michael Coghlan as the new Business Development Manager for the Asia Pacific. He will provide expert support and training for customers in the implementation of the ADvendio ad sales management software.
With over 20+ years experience working in APAC, Michael has operated in senior sales and marketing roles for a number of companies including publishing systems vendors. He brings extensive expertise in growth-oriented task management, technical training, sales consultancy and customer success strategies for businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
ADvendio CRO, Kathryn Layland is pleased with his arrival: “I have worked closely with Michael over a number of years and am delighted to welcome him to our growing team of consultants and solutions experts in the APAC region, where his unparalleled knowledge of the local market will be an asset to ADvendio. He will be a great addition to our business development in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific.”
Coghlan’s expertise in change management comes at a right moment for media companies looking for a suitable change from Google Doubleclick Sales Manager and dealing with the selection and appropriate implementation of a new order management software.
In addition to a team of professionals in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Australia, the United States and Canada, this introduction will enhance the consulting and support process for publishers, broadcasters, digital media companies and advertisers in the region for ad operations connecting print, online, out-of-home and streaming media in the Asia Pacific.
Recently, ADvendio signed a strategic partnership agreement with T-Shape Consulting, to assist publishers’ ad sales and operations teams seeking to implement its ad sales management software in developing and emerging markets in the region.
Michael is excited about the new role: “I am looking forward to joining a company with a long history in the digital advertising vendor space, as it offers a very mature multimedia solution across many sectors of the publishing, digital, streaming, broadcast as well as OOH businesses, and will allow the combination of both mature and cutting-edge technologies. We will be able to not only match existing requirements but offer functionality to allow business improvements as well as growth or existing and new market sectors.”
A graduate of the Sydney Technical College, Coghlan has an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Australia School of Business & Technology. He is certified in fields such as workplace training & assessment, change management, and human resource management.
