Regus, the global workplace provider, has appointed Havas helia to handle its global CRM business.
Havas helia won the account after a pitch against undisclosed agencies. Regus’ Chief Customer Officer Eva Eisenschimmel called the pitch earlier this year. The pitch process was handled by the intermediary Agency Insight.
Havas helia will now work to deliver a global customer engagement strategy and communications plan for Regus. The strategy will support the brand’s ongoing global expansion plan.
Regus plans to expand the size of its business in 2015 by adding a further 400 locations to its network. The company is putting customers at the heart of its approach with the stated aim of “making it easy for people and companies to do the best work of their lives”.
