1: Name one big achievement from your career? What are you most proud about achieving?
I lead the packaging design and development of the HDPE based recyclable tube for Colgate toothpaste in India. This was the first ever recyclable tube in the market.
2: What are the biggest challenges your clients are facing today?
In today’s dynamic scenario, managing cost and supply chain for the portfolio is challenging. Delivering consumer centric and quality products with omni channel requirements is another challenge being addressed.
3: What are the questions you are most often asked by clients?
How can we create a better Innovation pipeline for the future? What are the tools to collaborate with partners and institutions?
4: In the next 12 months, what are you most excited / optimistic about that’s coming up for the industry?
Launch of new Packaging formats which aligns with Sustainability Strategy of the category.
5: What’s the legacy you’d like to leave the industry?
To be remembered as a good human being who followed his passion and delivered the results.
