International design studio DUDE Design has hired design and branding maestro Anna Rodighiero as Design Director, and made key hires across the design team.

The move signals the next phase of growth for the branding and design studio, two years after the launch by its advertising arm, DUDE. Rodighiero will spearhead the studio’s integrated design offering where strategy, branding and creativity work as one system. Anna’s appointment also complements the recent expansion of the senior team, including the hire of Federica Ciappi as Account Director and Designer, Riccardo Fuccelli. Anna and Federica will report directly into the DUDE Design management team: CCO and Partner, Lorenzo Picchiotti; CEO, Domenico Loperfido and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Lorenzo Foffani.

Anna’s career has seen her working across branding, visual identity and brand systems. She was part of the world class packaging design team at Innocent Drinks in the UK, before moving back to Italy to work at Auge on beloved Italian household name brands. She then moved to Robilant working on international brands such as Heineken, collecting Pentawards and Dieline recognitions along the way. Federica Ciappi has extensive experience with design powerhouses FutureBrand and Landor, and Riccardo Fuccelli joins from Carosello Lab.

Since its launch in 2024, DUDE Design has supported brands throughout their entire branding journey, from strategy to identity and activation, with the most notable campaigns for beloved Italian snack brand Gran Turchese. The studio’s work transformed the brand from a single biscuit into a fully-fledged multi-product brand.
