Brandon Launches Reimagined Digital Experience for Idahoan Foods®

Comprehensive architecture consolidates two disconnected platforms into a single, scalable ecosystem built for modern CPG competition

Brandon has launched a redesigned website for Idahoan Foods®, the leading brand of mashed potatoes and potato-based products. The new digital experience unifies the brand and e-commerce platforms into one seamless destination. Product discovery is faster and more intuitive, content is fully shoppable, mobile performance is elevated, and locator functionality is stronger and smarter. Flexible by design and powerful under the hood, the platform delivers a sleeker, more connected digital experience built to scale.

The project signifies a creative evolution for Idahoan. Brandon elevated the brand’s visual language with more expressive color, modern design, and digital innovations, giving Idahoan a site that feels current without abandoning what makes it familiar.

“Idahoan came to us ready to evolve and looking beyond a simple refresh,” said Nick McNeill, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer at Brandon. “They wanted a digital platform built for the demands of a modern CPG brand. We delivered a solution that balances brand storytelling with a seamless customer experience, built on a foundation that’s fast, flexible, and designed to scale.”

Beyond the visual redesign, Brandon rebuilt the site’s underlying infrastructure to improve speed and performance. The new headless architecture gives the team full creative control without being locked into rigid templates, while also making the site faster and easier to manage.

This launch represents phase one of a larger engagement. Future phases will expand the platform to five international markets, all managed from a single centralized system.

Brandon has served as Idahoan‘s creative production and social media agency since 2022 and was awarded the website business in June 2025. The agency will continue to handle ongoing web maintenance and enhancements.
