Called âThe Second Hand Campaignâ, the agency asked customers if they would like to sell their IKEA furniture.
50 customers were chosen, with their old products gracing broadcast, print, and outdoor ads, which are accompanied with a phone number to call should people be interested.
IKEAâs Facebook page was also adorned with these second-hand pieces, and all furniture was sold in a span of eight weeks.
Aside from reducing wastage, this ad campaign was a also a clever way for IKEA to connect with its customers.
