JOSH DENZEL & ALEX ALJOE TO HOST LEGENDS IBIZA THIS SUMMER

Legends Soccer Group have appointed star presenting duo Josh Denzel and Alex Aljoe to host Legends Ibiza this summer.

Taking place from June 2-5 2025, Legends Ibiza is an action-packed and fun-filled week of sporting prowess, featuring some of the most iconic names from the world of football and beyond.

Raising money and awareness for some amazing charities, including the Luis Figo Foundation and Cruz Roja, Legends Ibiza will see household names from across the globe competing in football, padel and golf events in Ibiza, alongside exclusive VIP parties and receptions.

Denzel and Aljoe will host daily shows, including ‘Hola From Ibiza’ every morning, with exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, bringing insights from the likes of Luis Figo, Iker Casillas, Juan Sebastián Verón and many, many more huge names!

The four-day event, which will culminate in one team being crowned the winner, will be broadcast and streamed worldwide and delivered in collaboration with authentic and established partners on the island, including Estadio Municipal Santa Eulalia del Rio, The Bubble Club, and Golf Ibiza. The Mondrian Ibiza will play a key role in creating unparalleled VIP experiences for guests, ensuring luxury and excitement at every stage of the event.

Various packages are available to purchase now, ranging from a once-in-a-lifetime VIP / AAA full week pass, to a Football & After Party package, and even a Golf Player pass! All VIP passes will allow purchasers to mingle with the stars, offering unique access to what promises to be the event of the summer in Ibiza.

Josh Denzel is a household name in the presenting world.

After beginning his broadcasting career at LADbible and SPORTbible, he soon established himself as the go-to presenter for all things Football, Boxing, NBA, NFL, Golf and more. 

Denzel’s humour and personality have seen him amass a large social following, especially on Instagram where he regularly rubs shoulders with some of the biggest names in sport. 

But he is perhaps most recognised for hosting the Lions Den on England’s digital channels, interviewing the likes of Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham, before inviting them to take on challenges and answer questions about their team-mates during both Euros and World Cup tournaments.  

Denzel has been a mainstay for the Three Lions’ last three major tournaments and has also been present at the last 4 Super Bowls, NBA All-Star Weekends and is currently an ambassador for Red Bull Racing following the F1 circuit around the world.  

His versatility across different sports has made him a go-to host for major global brands – and Legends Ibiza is his next port of call this summer!

Alex Aljoe is a multi-lingual reporter and presenter – fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. 

Alex’s love affair with football and languages kicked off properly during her year abroad, when she landed a dream work placement at Real Madrid TV. José Mourinho was the boss, the Bernabéu was buzzing, and her first-ever interview was with none other than Cristiano Ronaldo.  

A brief stint at Chelsea TV followed before she hotfooted it back to Madrid in 2016, just as Zinedine Zidane took charge. Call it fate or just excellent timing, but she ended up covering one of the most iconic eras in football history: three consecutive Champions League wins, endless goalfests, and week-long celebrations that only Madrid could pull off. 

Now back in the UK, she’s a pitchside reporter for the Premier League every weekend, interviewing managers and players, and reporting across Europe for Champions League nights with Prime Video. This season, her spontaneous live translation of Luis Díaz’s interview went viral, landing her a nomination for Broadcast Journalist of the Year at the SJAs. 

A long-time lover of Ibiza, she cannot wait to bring her mic, energy, and dodgy dance moves to the isla mágica for a week celebrating football legends, good vibes, and unforgettable moments.

Legends Ibiza will bringing world class talent on the football pitch, padel court and golf course, and world class talent off it – or in Denzel’s case, both!

That’s right, sports-mad Josh is not only set to present the shows, but also participate in the events. 

He’ll be mic’d up throughout the football, padel and golf competitions, bringing viewers closer to the action than ever before, providing a unique insight into what it’s like to participate in Legends Ibiza, alongside stars from the world of sport, music and entertainment.
