McDonald’s, has appointed Starcom, a Publicis Groupe agency, as its media partner in the market. The review for media planning and buying services took place between October and December 2018.
In addition to Starcom, Publicis Groupe’s agency, Leo Burnett has been a creative partner of McDonald’s in Russia for the past 11 years.
