RTL AdConnect hire Nicole Haman as Digital Sales Director

Nicole Haman is joining RTL AdConnect as Digital Sales Director from RTL Group’s Multi-Platform Network (MPN) in the Nordics, United Screens, to lead the International Digital Sales Team and oversee the development of sales of RTL AdConnect’s digital media offer.

The appointment is a strategic move to support RTL AdConnect’s expansion and transformation strategy. Nicole, who takes up her new role on March 11th, will move from Stockholm to London –European hub for global digital players and agencies and, also, a direct link into the US market.

With over 10 years experience in leading digital and technology companies, she has strong YouTube and MCN expertise and an in-depth understanding of the digital advertising industry. After joining United Screens in 2013 as Chief Commercial Officer, Nicole built up and led the four national sales teams in the Nordics, making United Screens the market leader within influencer marketing and brand safe YouTube advertising. 

Under her leadership, the Swedish sales team was awarded Sales Organisation of the Year during the Stockholm Media Week Awards 2016 as well as being nominated the following two years.  Prior to United Screens, Nicole was Head of Sales at Google and YouTube Sweden, working with both national and international clients and agencies, giving her a unique understanding of YouTube and its advertising potential. 

She also has significant experience in traditional media sales. Before joining Google and YouTube she led the broadcast team (TV, Radio, Cinema) at Carat Aegis, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network.

In her new role, Nicole will report to the company’s Managing Director, Stéphane Coruble, and she will also join RTL AdConnect’s Executive Committee.

She will be based in London along with most of the international digital sales team. She will be supported by Paul Gibbins, Regional Sales Digital Director responsible for the UK & US markets and Rutger Marée, Regional Sales Digital Director responsible for other territories.
