Thames Valley Air Ambulance have appointed Hatched as their digital agency to work on full service UX and web design. The review was run through Creativebrief.
Thames Valley Air Ambulance provides advanced critical care for almost two million people who live, work and travel across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. A fully independent healthcare provider (since October 2018), the charity bring the expertise, equipment and treatment of the hospital to the patient. Hatched will guide and support Thames Valley Air Ambulance in achieving the maximum impact from a new website; one with vastly improved functionality.
Julia Horne, Head of Communications from Thames Valley Air Ambulance, said: “Our recent independence as a healthcare provider has meant we are able to provide more hours of critical care response a day. With this comes a far greater demand on our assets – including our website. Having Hatched help us deliver a site that is both more accessible and consistent is a big step for the charity and our relationship with those interested in our services. We feel we’ve found an equally innovative and progressive partner and look forward to our new relationship with them.”
Andrew Pittendreigh, Co-Founder and MD of Hatched added: “As an innovator within their sector, we look forward to taking Thames Valley Air Ambulance through a progressive and highly collaborative process to delivery of a new digital presence and beyond. The new site shall be the epicentre of all activity, and the first port of call where users can learn, donate or get involved. We knew very early on within the Creativebrief process that our values matched and that collaboration was going to be key to the delivery of this project.”
