Hennessy is celebrating its much-revered Paradis Imperial this season, by creating the ultimate in luxury private dining and tasting experiences at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.
The Hennessy Experience Room showcases a unique approach to cognac and cuisine pairing with Paradis Imperial – crafted from the house’s rarest and oldest selection of eaux devies – elevating the dining experience for visitors at every stage. Combined with Four Seasons world class service and creative cuisine, the space offers an intimate dining experience, encapsulating the decadence and refinement of Paradis Imperial.
Guests will be welcomed through a private entrance on Hamilton Place, leading them directly into The Hennessy Experience Room. Upon arrival, each guest will be given an aperitif of Hennessy X.O over ice and welcomed by their own host.
Once seated, guests will enjoy a creative four course bespoke menu created by Four Seasons Executive Chef Romuald Feger. The experience will then culminate in a final tasting of Hennessy Paradis Imperial for guests: the opportunity to taste and explore the Hennessy Master Blender’s life long work of art.
The dining menu plays on Paradis Imperial’s unique make-up of eaux de vies: of each of the 10,000 eaux de viestasted by the Hennessy Tasting Committee and Master Blender each year, only ten that showcase the most finesse and delicacy will make it into the final Paradis Imperial blend.
Delectable wines from Newton and Cheval des Andes will also be available for guests to enjoy during their private dinner within the space.
The Hennessy Experience Room is open for private bookings from February 22 to April 27, 2018. The space can be booked for groups of six to a maximum ten guests at any one time, priced at £270 per person.
