Say it Without Flowers – fundraising campaign created by parents at McCann delivers on Mothers Day for vital fledging mental health charity

Say It Without Flowers was created by a group of Mums at McCann Manchester within 24hours of hearing news that a vital parental mental health charity, The Smile Group, was at risk of closure due to lack of funding.

The SMILE charity set up over 13 years ago by two Mums provides invaluable support across the north west for new parents struggling with mental health.

Say it Without Flowers prompted the masses of people buying a bouquet for their Mum or loved one over the weekend to make a much needed donation instead. The creative team used OOH, earned media and social to spread the word.
