TMW Unlimited appoints Adam Knight as Head of Planning and boosts strategy department with new hire and promotions

Adam Knight has been promoted to the role of Head of Planning. Knight, previously Planning Director at the agency, will now oversee and manage TMW Unlimited’s 18-strong planning team, as well as continuing his thought leadership on accounts such as Canon and McLaren. He reports to Kate Wheaton, the Director of Strategy.

Sally Schumacher has been promoted to Data Planning Director, from her previous role as Senior Data Planner. She will increase the focus on strategic use of data across the client portfolio and continue growing and strengthening the TMW data offering. She will work across all clients, with strategic direction on Virgin Trains. Schumacher reports into Data Director Anna Foster.

OMD’s Dan Bowers has been hired by TMW Unlimited as Planning Director. Bowers, who was Strategy Director at OMD, will provide strategic leadership on Sony Mobile, following TMW Unlimited’s recent appointment as the brand’s global lead strategic digital agency.

In addition, Andrew Robinson has been promoted to the role of Planning Director. Robinson, a former Senior Planner, now reports to Adam Knight and will be strategic lead on Unilever and the digital advertising for Virgin Trains. Robinson previously held senior planning positions at Zone and Rapp.
